How much does a computer repair cost?
Diagnostics are free, so you’ll always know what’s wrong and what it costs before any work starts. Collection and return repairs are £75 plus any parts, remote support is £45 a session, and if we can’t fix it you don’t pay.
Do I need to bring my computer to Findon?
No. You’re welcome to drop in at 28 High Street, Findon, Worthing BN14 0TA, but we also collect and return across Worthing and the surrounding area, and most software problems can be fixed remotely.
Do you repair Apple Macs as well as Windows PCs?
Yes. We work on Windows laptops and desktops, MacBooks and iMacs, and Chromebooks. Tell us the make and model and we’ll let you know what we can do.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. Your files stay on your machine unless you ask us to back them up, we never go through personal data, and where a repair puts the drive at risk we back it up first and tell you.
