DC Computer Repairs provides computer and laptop repairs for homes and small businesses in Washington. We’re an independent repair shop at 28 High Street, Findon, Worthing BN14 0TA, five or six minutes away, and we’ve been fixing computers across Worthing and West Sussex for well over a decade.
We repair in-house, which keeps turnaround short and your data in one place. You’ll talk to the engineer doing the work, not a call centre, and you’ll always get a plain-English explanation and a fixed price before anything is done.
Getting your computer repaired from Washington
Because we’re five or six minutes away for Washington customers, most people simply drop their machine into the shop; we’ll run a free diagnostic and call you with a quote. If that’s awkward, we’ll collect and return it for £75 (no fix, no fee), and many software problems can be fixed remotely for £45 without you leaving home.

How it works
- Get in touch. Call 07912 529164 or send a message and tell us what’s going wrong. If you’re not sure, that’s fine: that’s what the diagnostic is for.
- Free diagnostic. Drop the machine in or we’ll collect it. We find the fault and give you a clear, fixed quote before any work starts.
- Fixed and returned. We do the repair, test it properly and get it back to you set up and working. If we can’t fix it, you pay nothing.
Washington and the surrounding area
Washington is the village at the junction of the A24 and A283 just over the Downs from Findon, directly under Chanctonbury Ring, with the Frankland Arms and St Mary’s church at its centre. It’s five or six minutes up the A24 from our shop, so most Washington customers simply drop machines in on their way past, or we’ll pop up and collect. Being a small rural village, broadband and mobile reception vary a lot from road to road, and we regularly help residents and the farms and businesses around the village get a reliable connection and keep their computers running.
As well as Washington (RH20), we cover Findon, Storrington and Steyning, and everywhere else within about ten miles of Findon. See the full list of areas we cover.

Computer repair FAQs for Washington
Can I drop my computer in on my way down the A24?
Yes. The shop is on Findon High Street, just off the A24 a few minutes south of the Washington roundabout, so it’s an easy stop on the way to Worthing. Give us a call first and we’ll be ready for you.
How much does a computer repair cost?
Diagnostics are free, so you’ll always know what’s wrong and what it costs before any work starts. Our collection-and-return repair service is £75, remote support sessions are £45, and if we can’t fix it you don’t pay.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. Your files stay on your machine unless you ask us to back them up, we never go through personal data, and where a repair puts the drive at risk we’ll back it up first and tell you.
