- Free diagnostic. Drop the machine in or we’ll collect it. We find the fault and give you a clear, fixed quote before any work starts.
- Fixed and returned. We do the repair, test it properly and get it back to you set up and working. If we can’t fix it, you pay nothing.
Nepcote and the surrounding area
Nepcote is the little cluster of lanes on the eastern edge of Findon, around Nepcote Green and the track up to Cissbury Ring. It’s the closest place to us on the whole list: our shop at 28 High Street is a few minutes’ walk down the hill, so Nepcote customers tend to simply walk the laptop over. That said, a desktop tower and a monitor aren’t much fun to carry, so we’ll happily collect from Nepcote Lane or the Green if you’d rather. Because Nepcote sits right under the Downs, mobile and broadband signal can be patchy; we can advise on routers, Wi-Fi boosters and 4G or 5G backup options if your connection keeps dropping.
